If I Were Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Rebutting the ignorance and arrogance exhibited by senators at the confirmation hearing.
I expect that most of you watched the senate confirmation hearings with utter disgust. As a proud anti-vaccine advocate, watching them was barely tolerable, but the haughtiness and ignorance demonstrated by most of the senators was as I had expected.
Hearings are difficult forums for witnesses to explain things at length. But when Kennedy met privately with senators following the hearing, I'm sure he was able to address most of the points about vaccination of which I will delve into here. These are facts which I had already collected over the years.
I didn't intend to assemble them and post it on substack until tonight (Feb 7), when I watched the PBS show Firing Line with host Margaret Hoover. Speaking of "barely tolerable," that sums up how I feel about that woman and the show she hosts. But that's for a later discussion. I watched tonight because her guest was former Surgeon General Dr. Richard Carmona, and the topic was going to be about Kennedy and his nomination for Secretary of HHS.
Needless to say, they both spouted numerous falsehoods, as they attributed "disinformation and misinformation" (his words) to Kennedy. Particularly this exchange at the 9 minute mark of the video:
Hoover: In a recent Kaiser Family Foundation poll, 20% of Americans said it is probably true that vaccines cause autism. This is not true. Vaccines do not cause autism. According to the CDC, there is no link between vaccines and autism. Would directing research towards understanding the causes of autism be a worthy redirection of this energy? And do you think that's a possible upside or outcome, a glass half full solution here?
Carmona: Well, of course research in any unanswered question is important. The fact of the matter is there is no evidence whatsoever that there's any link. Numerous studies have been done over the last 20 years to show there is no relationship whatsoever. And yet research needs to continue as to how and why we have autism and why it's increasing. But we know it's not from vaccines.
Consequently, I decided to draft a statement as if I was Kennedy and I was responding to the senators on the confirmation committees. If you wish to send a copy of this post, in full, to legislators, be my guest.

Dear Senators, as you might imagine, it's a daunting task for witnesses at hearings to craft answers to questions knowing they will be interrupted. For that reason, there were several such instances during my Congressional hearing in which I opted for a short answer. I would like to expand upon just two issues now which I would have preferred to have issued during the hearing.
FIRST, several senators insisted that there are many studies disproving the allegation that late-onset autism could be caused by vaccination. They stated that "the data is there," and demanded that I acknowledge it.
Unfortunately, the data is not there. And that's not me saying it. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has said it. In fact, they said it under oath, in a federal court, on March 2, 2020.
That was the date that the CDC signed a court stipulation [1] that identified a list of the studies it had relied upon to support the statement that vaccines do not cause autism. The list of studies reveals that the CDC never had studies absolving the following vaccines of a role in causing autism: diphtheria, tetanus acellular pertussis (DTaP), hepatitis B (HepB), polio (IPV), haemophilus influenza b (Hib), and Prevnar 13.
The public can be excused for being unaware that the CDC had lied to them about autism for 25 years, because the network news organizations—who dutifully and uncritically repeated the CDC's lie—had not reported, to this day, the story that the CDC finally confessed to lying about autism and vaccination.
The stipulation order was the result of the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) filing a Freedom of Information Act request in 2017 that led eventually to a lawsuit filed in December of 2019. The lawsuit resulted in the stipulation signed by the CDC where it admits that only one vaccine—the measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), and one vaccine ingredient, thimerosal, a mercury-based antibiotic once used in most vaccines given to American children—have been studied for a role in causing autism. A study of the DTaP mentioned by CDC concluded, "The epidemiologic evidence is insufficient or absent to assess an association between diphtheria toxoid-, tetanus toxoid-, or acellular pertussis-containing vaccine and autism."
ICAN's in-depth report of the struggle with the CDC is here.[2] Subsequently, on or about Jan 25, 2021, the CDC quietly removed the claim that, "vaccines do not cause autism" from the CDC's website.[3] But more importantly, ICAN forced the CDC to identify the studies that support the claim that vaccines do not cause autism. Of the list of 20 studies it included, none had showed that the regularly recommended vaccines given to American children six months and younger do not cause autism. Here is the stipulation order fully executed.[4]
Thus, it has been the so-called conspiracy nuts who had to spend over 3 years to force the CDC to finally cough up the truth, after the CDC had lied to you and the public for a quarter of a century. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) wrote on January 16 that I've "spread false hysteria that vaccines cause autism." But Senator Warren's trust in the veracity of government scientists was misplaced. She and the American public fell victim to the mother of all misinformation perpetrated by the CDC—until I informed her of these facts.
In my live testimony, one of my replies regarding autism studies was to remark that the Institute on Medicine (IOM) had found no studies that absolved vaccination as a causal factor. But perhaps hearing the CDC making that same assertion might carry more weight with you.
I believe that vaccination is likely the leading cause of the spectrum of autistic disorders. There have been rigorous peer–reviewed studies which show a causal link.[5] Dismissing them on the advice of official scientists would be a mistake—it would certainly be repeating our mistake of always uncritically deferring to their judgment and veracity.
My SECOND point is that during both of my hearings, the subject of water fluoridation arose. There has been more than one study on its effect on the IQ of children over the years. I cited the most recent one. But people can find fault with any study's design or procedure. And they may not be easy to understand by most laypersons.
Rather than base an assessment on research of that nature, perhaps you would consider basic information taken from any toxicology textbook which can be found in the reference section of most public libraries. That's the approach taken in this 8-page paper.
It references the textbook, Clinical Toxicology of Commercial Products. 5th Edition - 1984. And also the National Library of Medicine's ratings of toxic substances.
It points out that states in the U.S. which dissolves fluoride in its reservoirs for potable water add it at concentrations approximately 400 times greater than what the EPA allows for lead. Yet toxicology textbooks, such as the one cited in the aforementioned paper, ranks fluoride as being 37 times more toxic than lead.
Since 1992, the federal EPA set the MCLG (Maximum Contaminant Level Goals) allowed for lead in public drinking water to 0.0 mg/L. In effect since 1986, the EPA's MCL for fluoride in public drinking water is 4.0 mg/L. That's 400 times greater than what the EPA allows for lead. Yet fluoride is approximately 37 times more poisonous than lead (refer to chart on page 1 of the paper), dose by dose, based on LD50 tests and other measurements.
Thus, adding fluoride to our water supply amounts to rank stupidity when you realize the damage (which the paper describes) it does to our health, environment, and our plumbing. To prevent some pipe corrosion, cities must add another poison to raise the water's pH level—sodium hydroxide. Despite that, the paper shows that water main breaks from corrosion plagues fluoridated communities.
About My Work
Our system to ensure that Americans are healthy is not working as intended. What we should have is a government which regulates vaccines to ensure that they're safe and effective. Vaccine manufacturers who can promote their products, and also be held to account by government regulators, and are held financially liable when their products cause harm. And private care clinicians who know each of their patients and their medical histories to properly advise them. That advice might include contraindications to one or more vaccines. Government represents the welfare of society at large, while physicians represent the best interests of each of their patients. The system works to the benefit of all parties when each group operates independently from each other.
There's an additional third party which has a legitimate and necessary role to play. They are independent scientists and organizations who assess the safety and efficacy of commercial products marketed in the U.S. These organizations work on behalf of consumers. For a number of years, I've proudly represented a group in this fourth category—the Children's Health Defense (CHD). Our constituents are consumers of medicine and medical technology, which includes vaccines marketed for children.
We're not the only group of this kind. For example, Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) [6] is a professional association of physicians founded in 1943. On November 2, 2000, the AAPS issued a press release [7] announcing that its 4,000 members had voted unanimously to pass a resolution calling for a moratorium on all government mandated vaccines at their annual meeting. Jane M. Orient, MD, AAPS Executive Director, wrote in the organization’s press release:
Our children face the possibility of death or serious long-term adverse effects from mandated vaccines that aren't necessary or that have very limited benefits, […] This is not a vote against vaccines. This resolution only attempts to halt blanket vaccine mandates by government agencies and school districts that give no consideration for the rights of the parents or the individual medical condition of the child. […] AAPS believes that parents, with the advice of their doctors, should make decisions about their children's medical care—not government bureaucrats. This Resolution affirms that position.
As with any consumer organization which investigates products to determine if they're defective or dangerous, the Children's Health Defense has the responsibility to provide honest assessments of vaccines based upon the science. I can testify that of the thousands of articles published in our newsletter—The Defender—there hasn’t been even one critic who had brought to our attention factual errors in our reporting on vaccines. I'm referring to rebuttals based on medical evidence, as opposed to personal opinions.
Unlike some public health officials hell-bent on vaccinating everything that walks, I welcome corrections if I commit errors. No person or organization should also be immune from criticism. Yet the public health establishment expects its pronouncements to be viewed as sacrosanct and accepted as a given.
Despite receiving deferential treatment by the public and news media, those in the public health community have always reacted as though they're under siege. To some extent, they have been. Not by CHD, but by parents who had been forced to vaccinate their children with dreadful results. By the late 1970s, there had been so many lawsuits from vaccine injuries that vaccine makers demanded indemnification from the federal government. As it was written in the legislation that was enacted in 1986, "vaccines are inherently unsafe." That, plus protection from civil lawsuits, is what made the legislation necessary for vaccine makers to resume marketing their product. But the removal of moral hazard has not made vaccines safer. It just made vaccine makers safer.
Public health officials and pharmaceutical companies can't be seen vilifying parents, so they attack organizations like mine, and me personally. Legislators and the news media are too gullible and fearful to question "official science." Those who disagree with government-backed "science" are accused of spreading "misinformation" and "dangerous views." As we've seen during the recent pandemic, even respected and prestigious scientists have been treated similarly and stigmatized. Yet it turned out that it was the CDC who had misrepresented everything from the efficacy of cloth face masks to Covid19 vaccines. When it comes to vaccines in particular, the treatment of those who hold opposing points of view—which strays from the official "science"—is particularly brutal and malicious. The slightest dissent is considered heresy and isn't tolerated.
I previously mentioned the vote by AAPS which rejected vaccine mandates for children because a discussion between the Chairman and Senator Rand Paul delved into the hepatitis b vaccine and why some parents may decline the shot for their newborn babies. However, in some states, vitamin K shots are mandated for newborns, and sometimes hospitals wrongly lead parents to believe that the hepatitis b vaccine is also required. Sometimes, hospital administration will threaten parents that they will be reported to children's services, alleging abuse and neglect for refusing the give consent.
Moreover, infant mortality drastically declined in Japan after it delayed administration of hepatitis B for newborns. Even delaying the shot to start at 2 months didn't impact the infants' ability to develop titers to hepatitis B. Thus, it's not necessary to give the vaccine at birth, even to infants born to hepatitis B positive mothers, regardless of mothers that don't have hepatitis B.[8]
Restoring Our Legacy of Freedom
Everyone's liberties were under attack with vaccine mandates during the Covid pandemic. The person who had the greatest role in drafting our founding documents had a great deal to say about health, medicine, and freedom from the medical tyranny which existed during his time, was Thomas Jefferson.
In a letter to Richard Douglas on February 4, 1809, Thomas Jefferson prophetically wrote: "No provision in our constitution ought to be dearer to man, than that which protects the rights of conscience against the enterprises of the civil authority." [9]
On March 2, 2022, some 216 years later, Senators Ben Ray Luján (D-NM) and Chris Murphy (D-CT) introduced draconian legislation in Congress that would ally government and the tech industry in the surveillance and possible criminalization of speech deemed contrary to the views of "official science" and government scientists.[10]
Thomas Jefferson would be in prison today if Democrats Luján and Murphy had their way, because Jefferson was a vocal opponent of what he called the "drugging craft"—which was composed of four primary sects: the Allopathic, Homeopathic, Eclectic and Physio-Medical. Allopathy, in particular, was based on the premise of curing one disease by producing another—to induce a drug disease to cure a primary disease. That's the basis of today's allopathic treatments for infectious disease—the suppression of catarrhal symptoms using sub-lethal doses of poisons. The problem for people of Jefferson's time was that their treatments were more lethal than the drugs we use today. Jefferson was so opposed to the four branches of allopathic medicine that he refused to have a medical department included in the plans for the university he founded.[11]
During Thomas Jefferson's time (1743-1826), there was no knowledge of bacteria, antipyretics and antibiotics. Yet for 30 years following 1789, Thomas Jefferson describes how he treated a host of people—without drugs—with the worst of fevers, and never lost a single patient, at a time when "fever deaths" were a common occurrence under allopathic drugging.[12] Essentially, Jefferson did what Hygienists would later recommend—"do nothing intelligently"—which was also consistent with the philosophy of the early hygienists, naturopaths, and sanitary reformers such as Herman Boerhaave, M.D. (1668-1738), Francois Magendie, M.D. (1783-1855), Isaac Jennings, M.D. (1788-1874), Sylvester Graham (1794-1851), William Andrus Alcott, M.D. (1798-1859), Mary Gove (1810–1884), Russell Thacker Trall, M.D. (1812-1877), Florence Nightingale (1820-1910), and John Henry Tilden, M.D. (1851-1940). Starving a cold and starving a fever ultimately proved to be the correct prescription for all catarrhal illnesses.[13] Today, these practitioners would be generally classified as Natural Hygienists in support of the terrain theory of disease.[14]
In Thomas Jefferson's 1000-word tirade to Caspar Wistar [15] in 1807, he observed that "the patient treated on the fashionable theory (i.e. referring to the use of drugs) sometimes gets well in spite of the medicine," followed by this stinging excerpt:
I believe we may safely affirm that the inexperienced & presumptuous band of Medical tyros let loose upon the world, destroys more of human life in one year, than all the Robin hoods, Cartouches, & Macheaths do in a century. It is in this part of medicine that I wish to see a reform, an abandonment of hypothesis for sober facts, the first degree of value set on clinical observation, and the lowest on visionary theories.
That condemnation of medical hubris by Thomas Jefferson epitomizes the threats we face today. For the first time in American history, during the dark days of Covid panic, healthy adult Americans were forced, by executive fiat, absent of legislative authority, to submit to injections of vaccines with known adverse risks to health, [16] [17] [18] [19] [20] [21] [22] [23] [24] [25] [26] or else forfeit their livelihood. Not even the purported exigencies of contagion had justified this horrendous violation of the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution, because the CDC and published studies had already shown that Covid vaccinations didn't prevent infection and transmission of SARS-CoV-2. [27] [28] [29] [30] [31] [32] [33] [34] [35] [36] [37] [38] [39] Those who lectured the public to "follow the science," were the ones who ignored the science.
So for me, it's not solely about vaccination and health, per se. Our nation is imperiled by the medical tyranny to which several of our Framers (e.g. Congress Members Dr. Benjamin Rush and Dr. Josiah Bartlett) had warned us. Dr. Rush prophetically wrote:
The Constitution of the Republic should make special provision for medical freedom as well as for religious freedom. To restrict the art of healing to one class of men and deny equal privileges to others will constitute the Bastille of medical science. All such laws are un-American and despotic. They are fragments of monarchy and have no place in a Republic.
I mentioned Florence Nightingale earlier. She was a social reformer, statistician and the founder of modern nursing. She had also been skeptical of the germ theory and vaccination for most of her life. She preferred the asepsis (removing waste and filth) means of prophylaxis, advocated by Natural Hygienists, rather than the antisepsis (sterilization using poisons) method introduced by Ignaz Sammelweis and Joseph Lister.
Nightingale challenged allopathy's doctrine of specific etiology (i.e. a specific microbe causes a specific disease) which undergirds the basis for vaccination when she asserted that, [40] "The specific disease doctrine is the grand refuge of weak, uncultured, unstable minds, such as now rule in the medical profession. There are no specific diseases; there are specific disease conditions." In her book, Notes on Nursing,[41] she elaborated on that topic.[42]
Nightingale had also noted how numerous people in the 19th Century would prematurely suspect that an illness was due to lack of immunity from vaccination, rather than look into the more likely non-microbial causes—environmental toxins—whose symptoms mimic infection from microbiological pathogens.[43] This is the same tendency we see among today's epidemiologists, who ignore possible chemical toxins, and exclusively suspect a microbial agent as the cause.
Florence Nightingale believed in the Miasma theory of disease, which held that "bad air" (e.g. noxious vapors from decomposing matter, such as sewage, rotting corpses, or vegetation) caused disease. This belief was influenced by the sanitary movement of the 19th Century. Before health agencies and schools of public health were completely taken over by the followers of the German allopathic school, the great legacy of the sanitary reformers—Max von Penttenkofer, James T. Briggs, Dr. John Snow, Edwin Chadwick, Dr. Southwood Smith, and Florence Nightingale herself—was that they were able to eradicate cholera, yellow fever, tuberculosis, typhus, typhoid, scarlet fever, diptheria, whooping cough, measles and the bubonic plague long before vaccinations were developed or routinely used. In many nations, mortalities from smallpox hadn’t begun to decline until the citizenry revolted against compulsory smallpox vaccination laws. For example, the town of Leicester from 1878 to 1898 stood in stark contrast to the rest of England where thousands were dying from the aggressive half century-old government mandatory immunization campaigns.
The Miasma theory, widely accepted during the 19th century, was a forerunner of Natural Hygiene, or the terrain theory of disease. Modern Natural Hygiene was formalized 200 years ago by former allopathic physicians who realized that "infectious" diseases are self-limiting and are neither contageous nor deadly if properly treated, mostly by fasting on distilled water.
Then, as today, Natural Hygienists assert that illnesses arise from the accumulation of retained metabolic waste (dead cells that become toxic, or "enervation"), and the residues of undigested, unassimilated foods being purged from the body through vicarious (abnormal; inappropriate) channels, manifested by the familiar runny nose, cough, stiffness, fever, and numerous rashes, swellings, lesions, and eruptions through the skin.
The symptoms of elimination are discomforting, but they're merely vital actions by the body to purge metabolic waste through vicarious channels (e.g. skin, liver, lungs, kidneys). Elimination eventually ends, whether by the intake of food or drugs (not recommended!) or the safer means by fasting.
But when allopathic physicians precipitously suppress these inflammatory or catarrhal symptoms with the use of sublethal doses of poisons (e.g. antipyretics, drugs, antibiotics, vaccines), they're debilitating the body just enough to terminate its vital effort to eliminate waste, possibly leading to sepsis or other serious conditions. Doctors then erroneously claim that the drug cured the disease. But they're confusing symptoms with cause—believing that the disappearance of the former equates to the disappearance of the latter. But obviously a cause and an effect cannot be one in the same. When you stop the body from discharging waste, you are not stopping the disease (i.e. "enervation"), you're merely stopping the effects (i.e. symptoms).
In other words, neither allopathy, nor any other healing philosophy may claim responsibility for "curing" inflammatory or catarrhal diseases. Because the disease symptoms—the remedial actions initiated by our own bodies—themselves represent the "cure." Thus, the symptom suppression effects of drugs and vaccines have the effects similar to someone retaining his urine and feces to avoid a bathroom break!
We’re speaking primarily of "infectious" (read inflammatory) and acute diseases. For the treatment of infectious diseases, hygienic clinical practitioners had remarkable success compared to their counterparts in public health (where the allopathic school dominated by the start of the 20th century). For example, at the turn of the century, while many thousands died or suffered dementia from Dr. Paul Erlich’s toxic mercury and arsenic syphilis treatments, Dr. Herman of the Hospital Weiden in Vienna, Austria managed to heal 60,000 cases over the 30 year period when he was superintendent there. He never experienced a case of tertiary syphilis, or "neurosyphilis," because he never used a drop of mercury—which causes neurological damage.
Thomas Jefferson's Fear, Manifested Today
Setting aside oppressive compulsory vaccination for school children, President Biden had issued Covid mandates (e.g. vaccines, masks, social distancing, etc.) for adults among his Executive Orders, which should have been deemed prohibited (which they were later, by the courts), because they restricted existing liberties which protects Americans.
One of those protections was issued by the Department of Justice, Disability Rights Division, along with the U.S. Department of HHS, Office for Civil Rights. It proclaimed on July 21, 2021: "The civil rights protections and responsibilities of these federal laws apply even during emergencies. They cannot be waived."
President Biden's vaccine mandates had also violated informed consent protections. The roots to informed consent resides in the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution. The Medical Protection Society Limited ("MPS") is the world's leading protection organization for doctors, dentists and healthcare professionals.[44] With respect to violations of informed consent protections, the parallels to compulsory Covid vaccinations are manifest, as MPS states: [45]
Although the term ‘consent' implies acceptance of treatment, the concept of informed consent applies equally to refusal of treatment or to choice among alternative treatments. Competent patients have the right to refuse treatment, even when the refusal will result in disability or death. Consent law would be completely pointless if it did not protect a patient's right to refuse treatment. Doctors may not override a patient's refusal of treatment simply because they think it is a foolish or illogical decision.
Put simply, informed consent must include the right to withhold consent, or else it's a meaningless maxim. Thus, aside from reviewing products and services involving health, in the spirit of Thomas Jefferson's concerns, I advocate for the public to be free to choose whatever serves their own health and that of their children's. Or as Jefferson might have phrased it, "freedom from the tyranny of the drugging craft."
In the midst of our cancellation culture, people fear government doctors and gullibly accept their medically unfounded diktats. Non-experts, such as Governors, who deferred solely to scientists regarding lockdowns, were beset with disappointing results and who thereby failed their constituents.
Thomas Jefferson drafted The Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom in 1775. It's arguably the most influential and eloquent declaration on religious freedom. This document inspired not only the drafting of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, but it has also been one of the founding documents that have influenced decisions related to religious liberty by the Supreme Court. Our religious liberties protect both religious and secular people. Religious institutions are typically exponents of the moral ethic which opposes the excesses of the utilitarian imperatives of the state.
With respect to the CDC lying about the vaccine-autism connection (previously mentioned), plaintiffs in that complaint were able to show that the CDC had good reason to lie for 25 years—self-interest. The conflict of interest among vaccine makers and regulatory agencies permeates the process, from manufacture to testing and government approval. Excerpt from attorney Aaron Siri's brief reads: [46]
In executing its vaccine safety duties, HHS must be extra vigilant to avoid conflicts of interest, including those with pharmaceutical companies. This is because in addition to its vaccine safety duties, HHS is simultaneously responsible for promoting vaccines and for defending against claims of vaccine injuries. Indeed, the CDC is the single largest purchaser and distributor of vaccines in the country. Through its Vaccines for Children Program ("VFC"), created in 1993, the CDC promotes and distributes approximately forty percent of the vaccines given to children in America without charge. The CDC purchases almost all of these vaccines from Merck, Sanofi and GSK. In 2019 alone, the CDC entered into contracts to purchase and distribute up to $5.1 billion of those companies' vaccine products.[47]
Not only does HHS promote, purchase and distribute vaccines, it also defends against legal claims that these vaccines cause any injury. If a vaccine injures an individual, the injured individual must (pursuant to the 1986 Act) bring a claim in the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program ("VICP"), administered in the Federal Court of Claims. In these actions, the Secretary of HHS is the respondent with the Department of Justice as its litigation counsel, and they regularly and vigorously defend against any claim that a vaccine caused injury. 42 U.S.C. §300aa-12.[48]
In furtherance of this conflict of interest, you've surely noticed during the pandemic that TV and radio had been saturated with advertisements urging everyone to get vaccinated against Covid-19. It was learned in March 2022 that the Biden administration secretly paid [49] nearly all major corporate media outlets to deploy a $1 billion [50] taxpayer-funded outreach campaign [51] designed to push only positive coverage about Covid-19 vaccines and to censor any negative coverage. Media outlets across the nation failed to disclose [52] the federal government as the source of ads in news reports promoting the shots to their audiences.
According to a Freedom of Information Request, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) purchased advertising from major news outlets including ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox News, CNN and MSNBC. HHS also ran media blitzes in major media publications including The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, New York Post, BuzzFeed News, Newsmax and hundreds of local TV stations and newspapers across the nation. In addition to paying news outlets to push the vaccines, the federal government bought ads on TV, radio, in print and on social media as part of a "comprehensive media campaign,"[53] HHS documents show.
In March 2021, Facebook announced a social media plan [54] to "help get people vaccinated," and worked with the Biden administration and U.S. health agencies to suppress what it called "Covid misinformation"[55] (i.e. criticism of the vaccine and/or mandates)
Government has a special interest in the public's faith in vaccination because the CDC doesn't merely pose as a government regulator—it's a player in vaccine commerce. The CDC holds vaccine patents used in the process of developing or manufacturing vaccines. Companies license this technology, and pay royalties to the CDC and the inventors, many of whom are government scientists. In 2019, the CDC received $17 million in total royalties from patented and unpatented technologies, but billions more are profited by pharmaceutical companies.
Federal agencies promote the use of vaccines instead of overseeing their safety and efficacy. Moreover, they're using revenue from taxpayers to silence dissenting views. Apparently, health officials have the freedom to tell everyone to get vaccinated and boosted. Even to force them to vaccinate or lose their livelihood and equal accommodations. Yet those who are forced to vaccinate are not free to speak out in dissent. Those who had were accused of spreading misinformation. Those who abstained from the vaccine were falsely accused of spreading the disease. Who had given the medical profession the authority to veto our right to speak and follow our conscience?!

We Need a Law Protecting us from Compulsory Medicine
Such a proposed law would be a law similar hate crimes legislation by subjecting elected and government officials to fines for stigmatizing and defaming unvaccinated citizens for the "crime" of exercising their Fourth Amendment right to informed consent, by withholding consent. Alleging that the unvaccinated are spreading disease and killing people is false and dangerous demagoguery. On Sept. 9, 2021, for example, Pres. Biden told hundreds of thousands of unvaccinated citizens, "We've been patient, but our patience is wearing thin, and your refusal has cost all of us. So please, do the right thing." Which was followed by ordering, without legislative authority, the termination of unvaccinated public and private sector employees nationwide—a manifestly unconstitutional order.[56]
In that speech, he also lashed out at Americans who have refused to comply with unproven and unprecedented pandemic-era rules. He announced a doubling of TSA fines for passengers who don't endorse the efficacy of wearing cloth face masks: "If you break the rules, be prepared to pay. And by the way, show some respect," he had the gall to add. And on May 3, 2020, Governor Cuomo released a tirade [57] against people who don't wear cloth face masks, in which he similarly reprimanded them, using the terms, "disrespectful," and "show some respect," and "It's a sign of respect to other people. And you make me sick, that is disrespectful" (i.e. for not wearing a mask) a total of 8 times in his short 237-word broadside against his own constituents.
Biden and Cuomo were referring to the kind of respect which has never been extended to citizens who responsibly and conscientiously dissent against illegal mandates which are medically unfounded or even harmful. Private citizens (famous or not) are free to opine harshly about the unvaccinated, and they have. But public officials have a greater responsibility. When they lash out that way—with their influence possibly leading to hardships and even violence—they will be penalized.
This proposed law would not violate the Free Speech Clause. To the contrary, Supreme Court decisions have affirmed that issues of dignity and autonomy are integral to the Fourteenth Amendment. A 2019 Harvard Law Review article [58]—which mentions "dignity 164 times—contains this excerpt:
Before leaving the Court, Justice Kennedy had developed a strand of jurisprudence committed to equal dignity as a central promise of the Fourteenth Amendment. Given Justice Kennedy's outsized role in shaping a modern concept of equal dignity, the future direction of this concept now seems unclear. However, precedents do not die with a Justice's tenure, and equal dignity should be taken seriously in a post-Kennedy era. Equal dignity has been a driver in at least four defining Fourteenth Amendment cases over the past two decades. Beyond that, the values underlying equal dignity, specifically its recognition of an intersection between substantive due process and equal protection and its emphasis on antisubordination, have deep roots in American constitutional doctrine. [citations removed]
With respect to medical issues specifically, a 15-page legal treatise [59] entitled "The Right To Be Treated With Dignity In The Context Of Medical Experimentation Is Guaranteed By The Fourteenth Amendment To The United States Constitution" ends with the following paragraph:
As these cases and history make clear, and as "all agree" in the words of the Nuremberg judges, the right to essential human dignity in the context of medical experimentation as expressed in the Nuremberg Code is a fundamental right rooted in the conscience and history of the people of the world, in general, and of the United States, in particular. It is a right reflecting basic human values essential to any "concept of ordered liberty" and, if it is sacrificed, neither liberty nor justice can exist. It is, thus, a right guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and its violation will give rise to liability under 42 §U.S.C. 1983.
To be ‘cured' against one's will and cured of states which we may not even regard as disease is to be put on a level with those who have not yet reached the age of reason or those who never will; to be classed with infants, imbeciles, and domestic animals. For if crime and disease are to be regarded as the same thing, it follows that any state of mind which our masters choose to call ‘disease' can be treated as a crime; and compulsorily cured. Even if the treatment is painful, even if it is life-long, even if it is fatal, that will be only a regrettable accident; the intention was purely therapeutic. —C. S. Lewis

Another great evil in house construction is carrying drains underneath the house. Such drains are never safe. All house drains should begin and end outside the walls. It’s so sad that our media is filled with inept and corrupt individuals who can’t even do basic research or if they do, are too cowardly to report it.
Many of us now realize this has been by design but it’s refreshing to know that there are still competent researchers and writers who are bold enough to break that cycle and present truths.
