A Special Message From Gary Krasner

Science Advisor to Coalition for Informed Choice (CFIC) Launches Her Own Substack

Over the years, many of you have supported CFIC and followed my work in health freedom advocacy. Today, I'm thrilled to introduce someone whose contributions made much of that work possible.

I've added you as a subscriber to a new Substack: Irina Unfiltered—a deeply personal and refreshingly bold space created by my longtime collaborator and science advisor, @Irina Dzyubinsky.

Irina has been by my side for 15 years, helping shape critical strategies, drafting essential documents for our DIY exemption kit, and bringing scientific rigor to our advocacy. Most of what I accomplished through CFIC wouldn't have been possible without her.

She's launching her own Substack now, and I think you'll find her writing as compelling and courageous as her advocacy. Her note below explains who she is, the work we've done together, and what she's building next. I hope you'll give it a read.

A Personal Note from Irina Dzyubinsky

BACKGROUND: Gary Krasner founded CFIC in 1998. Soon after, its sole mission was to help parents obtain religious exemptions from school vaccinations solely in the difficult state of New York. After NYS repealed the religious exemption provision in 2019, CFIC was disbanded, but it still provides its resourceful Do-it-Yourself kit for people in jurisdictions which accepts religious written statements. His early articles on health and disease are still posted.

I am @Irina Dzyubinsky. I befriended Gary in 2011 during my first pregnancy, when I was navigating the murky waters of vaccine mandates and the state's bureaucracy. Like many of you, I was desperate to protect my (future) child from the inherent dangers of vaccines and the tyrannical policies that mandate them. That encounter changed the course of my life. Because of Gary's unwavering support of my family's needs and his 30+ years of principled advocacy, I'm proud to say my children are thriving—healthy, grounded, and guided by critical thinking and personal responsibility.

That moment also marked the beginning of a partnership rooted in trust, truth-seeking, and shared values. Over the years, I collaborated with Gary by drafting documents for his DiY Kit, developing strategies for parents, and grounding our advocacy in medical research by taking advantage of my formal background in pharmacology and health systems.

In 2015, one such project was a set of documents I developed which proved that blood components were present in all vaccines, including Covid-19. You'll note that Dr. Larry Palevsky agreed to sign them as the author. These documents reinforced the important "blood rationale" which we cited in parent's religious statements. These documents, paired with the religious objections, proved very effective, indeed unassailable, when submitted to schools. (Because denying that there was blood in vaccines became a common basis to deny waivers by 2015.) You can download both documents and use them for you current purposes.

Like Gary, I've never stopped questioning, researching, or challenging the dominant narratives—whether in medicine, motherhood, or the modern systems that claim to serve us. Professionally, I've spent over two decades leading teams, building technology products, and navigating complex systems as a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Product Officer, and former Oracle executive. My career has spanned health tech, ad tech, and AI—and I bring that systems thinking into the way I approach everything from parenting to public health.

Gary's other interest is politics. He started with a small email list of friends in 1997 and continues currently. In 2000, he wrote for the now defunct Americandaily.com. In November 2015, he started a column at Warner Todd Huston's site, Publius Forum. And now, as you know, he began writing on Substack in March 2023. Gary imported his CFIC email list to Substack and he's immensely grateful that most of the 5,500 people remained as subscribers.

As subscribers, you already know that Gary is someone with something to say, and often delves into topics unexplored by others. When Gary learned that I similarly had important things to say, he generously offered to share his list of subscribers with me.

That's the Reason For This Message. I'm launching something new: "Irina Unfiltered"—a Substack where I explore what it means to live with clarity, courage, and conviction in a world that too often rewards compliance over conscience. I won't dwell on career accolades. But I will apply what I’ve learned in my business career, and use the same strategic lens to truth, freedom, and the inner work of being human.

This will not be another blog filled with new-age fluff or virtue signaling. It's one woman's voice—grounded in science, shaped by motherhood, sharpened by heartbreak, and softened by grace. Irina Unfiltered is a space for real talk—free from institutional gaslighting, virtue signaling, or spiritual bypassing. I won't lay on you jargon about inner wisdom, personal growth, and the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, unless you want me to. This will just be one woman's voice, forged in both science and soul, telling the truth as I see it, and promising to be transparent, grounded, and always unfiltered.
